Bordeaux Verticals from 2000 to present.

One of our goals this year at The Wine Independent is to populate our database with recent reviews of all the major Bordeaux châteaux from the vintage 2000 to the present.

During my last few visits to Bordeaux, I’ve conducted dozens of vertical tastings designed to fill our database gaps. Over the forthcoming months, we’ll roll out the tasting notes by château, featuring a different grand vin label each week. The tasting results reveal fascinating finds from underdog vintages and, therefore, some absolute bargains. Better still, most of these wines are still available in the markets. All the verticals will be linked to this article, so readers can continually visit this page to find the latest vertical postings or simply type the Château name into our search bar.
